We are looking for a positive and creative TKM Specialist

Professional skills and qualifications required:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; 
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle challenges requiring a high level of change management skills;
• Awareness of the adult learning theories and practices;
• Experience building and delivering learning solutions;
• Awareness of the common terminology used in IT and software development;
• MS Office literacy, especially MS Teams and Excel;
• At least Intermediate (B2) level of English (reading/speaking/writing);
• Fluency in Latvian and Russian.

Any of the following knowledge, skills or experiences will be considered as an advantage:

• Education in the field of IT;
• Knowledge or experience with Agile Scrum/ Kanban;
• Atlassian tools - JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility and management over different learning projects, streams and initiatives (e.g., upskilling/reskilling training programs, company-wide learning programs such as Mentoring, etc);
• Coordinate and monitor learning activities in cooperation with internal/ external instructors and learning suppliers;
• Gather training feedback, prepare appropriate reports;
• Support employees in the learning process  (certification exams, learning materials, connection details, etc.);
• Assist in other training department activities.

Remuneration: monthly salary (gross): 1300,00 to 1700,00 EUR.*
