Professional skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in IT related field is desired but not required;
• Working experience in Technical Support Specialist or similar position 2+ years;
• Experience maintaining PC peripherals;
• Experience with wired/wireless networks;
• Windows 10/2016 installation, configuration, trouble-shooting;
• Knowledge of PC-hardware (assemble, dis-assemble, replace parts, trouble-shooting);
• Knowledge of Server-hardware;
• Knowledge of MS Office packages (including O365);
• Knowledge of basic network principles;
• Knowledge of client network configuration, cabling and problem-solving;
• Understanding of basic routing principles, network addresses and masks;
• Basic knowledge of manageable switches (VLAN, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD);
• Analytical skills and documentation skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good understanding of Latvian and Russian;
• Good English (reading/speaking/writing).

As an advantage will be considered:

• Experience with AzureAD/ExchangeOnline/SharePoint/InTune

Remuneration:

Monthly salary (gross): 1500.00 to 2000.00 EUR
