HR PROJECT MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage various internal HR workstreams, projects, and processes, for example:
    • New tool(s) introduction in the company,
    • Different capabilities building streams,
    • HR analytics,
    • Goals/performance review process,
    • Internal assessments monitoring,
    • Surveys’ conduction,
    • Employees feedback processing,
    • Alumni community communication,
    • Work with company’s subject matter experts’, etc.
  • Maintain HR-related documentation, such as job descriptions, HR processes guidelines, instructions, etc.);
  • Complete ad-hoc requests from the HR or Company management involving information gathering and/or researching.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is considered an advantage;
  • Relevant work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferably in the IT sector;
  • Project management experience from start to end, ideally related to the new tool/platform introduction in the company;
  • Ability to manage several projects/workstreams simultaneously (with the same or different stakeholders);
  • MS Office literacy, ability to learn new programs quickly, understanding of HR IT solutions (processes – tools interaction);
  • Fast learner, able to process a large amount of information, attention to detail;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills:
    • Active listener, proactive communicator,
    • Able to bring people together to achieve the common goal,
    • Developed empathy and sense of support,
    • Service-minded, result-oriented,
    • Reflects and learns from successes and mistakes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Upper-intermediate English, good spoken Latvian and Russian.

RemunerationMonthly salary (gross):  1900.00  - 2400.00 EUR *)
