Interview Process

Our company is great and we are always ready to offer you a position if your qualifications and skills match the profile of an employee we are looking for. But maybe you wonder how everything will actually happen.

In C.T.Co Human Capital Development Department, there is a team of people fully dedicated for search and selection of candidates.

Together with the Recruiters, you will pass all the Recruitment steps in C.T.Co and in the most successful end of the story; you will join our friendly team.

Recruitment
steps:

Step 0.

Send us your CV via jobs@ctco.lv with an application letter (may also be in a free form), or apply to our Talent Pool. Most likely you will receive a response (phone call) in three working days if we have immediate interest. Otherwise your CV will be stored in our database and we will consider it in future – and will give you a call then.

Step 1.

Friendly Meeting with a recruitment specialist. We may even meet somewhere in a cozy place for a cup of coffee if you like. Feedback guaranteed within 2 weeks.

Step 2.

Friendly Technical Meeting with a Subject Matter Expert, recruitment specialist(s) or HR manager, project representative (in particular cases, if it’s necessary). Feedback guaranteed within 2 weeks.

I have an active lifestyle - I enjoy walking, snowboarding, wake boarding and travelling. As well as lots of reading, participating in various courses and webinars. Passionate about my work, family and friends.

Cooking/smoking meat, trying out new things and gaming in free time.

I love working with people, I can definitely say that my job is one of my hobbies and communication with others is essential to my soul I'm a family person, love travelling, exploring new places!
