Hobbies

I’m interested in all new things, I like to get new information about latest IT technologies like AI, DevOps methodology from my colleagues and candidates who I meet for the first time. Despite the fact that I am a girl - I’m very passionate about technical things, so we always will find a common language.

I'm deeply into poetry, travelling and nature - especially to the seaside or mountains. IT solutions and psychology inspires me day by day and my job is where these two find each other. That's why I love what I'm doing.

I love working with people, I can definitely say that my job is one of my hobbies and communication with others is essential to my soul I'm a family person, love travelling, exploring new places!

Favorite Interview Question:

If you were the CEO of your company what kind of people/personality would you hire and why?

What's the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn't learn from your resume?

What is your motivation to change current employer to something new? What do you like to do outside of work?

I like when candidates…

Have a good sense of humor. They are talkative and open without shyness. I like when candidates ask me a lot of questions.

...are open during the interview and do understand why they spend time on it. Time is a greatest gift you can give to someone because you are giving a portion of your life that you will never get back.

...are honest, friendly and interested in self development. I like when candidates share their hobbies, interests and professional achievements they are proud of.

Coffee habits

Unfortunately, I don’t like coffee or tea. I like all kinds of fresh juice.

One cup of Cappuccino in the morning and a lot of Green Tea with Melissa per day.

Cappuccino or Latte, one in the morning one in the afternoon
