C.T.Co is a constantly growing company.
In 2012, we managed to grow from around 170 to 240 employees in both Riga and Minsk offices. In March 2013, we were 300, in December – over 340. At the beginning of 2017 we have 420 employees.
Our staff turnover rate is lower than the average in industry and is less than 10%. New projects are started and expanded all the time, increasing our demand of employees of various skill levels and qualifications.
